Article 1 (Purpose and Scope)

These terms establish the conditions for using the Tournament Official Video Shooting Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). All users utilizing the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (Application for Service)

Users shall apply for the Service by accurately entering the required information in the order form on this page and submitting the order after agreeing to these terms. The contract is concluded when we receive the order and the system automatically sends an "Order Completion Email".

Article 3 (Fees and Payment Methods)

The fee for using the Service shall be the amount (including tax) displayed on the order form. Users shall pay the fee by the due date and method specified by us. Any transaction fees shall be borne by the user. If payment is not confirmed by the due date, the order may be cancelled, and the video will not be delivered.

Article 4 (Delivery Specifications)

The specifications for the videos delivered through this service are as follows.

• Basic Plan: Full HD (1920x1080) planned / MP4 (H.264, H.265, or XAVC S)
• Lite Plan: 480P / MP4 (H.264, H.265, or XAVC S) / 10-30 minutes per file
• Pickleball Plan: 480P or 720P / MP4 (H.264, H.265, or XAVC S) / 10-30 minutes per file

*Specifications may change without notice due to equipment or recording conditions.

*Correction of video or audio (distortion, stabilization, noise reduction, etc.) is generally not performed.

[Recommended Playback Environment]

Video playback is intended for use on computers, smartphones, or tablets. Users are responsible for preparing their own playback environment.

[Not Guaranteed for Operation]

Playback by directly inserting the recording medium into camcorders, DVD/Blu-ray players, TVs, or car navigation systems is not guaranteed. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues arising from such use.

[Download Restrictions]

• Downloading video files under the Lite Plan and Pickleball Plan is generally permitted only for files in which the purchasing athlete themselves appears. As an exception, downloading is permitted if footage of preceding or subsequent matches is included in the downloaded file.

Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information and Secondary Use)

We may use and provide collected personal information and video data for the following purposes, and users agree to this:

• [Provision to Scouts/Coaches] Provision to educational institutions, scouts, and coaches certified by us or the organizer for athlete career support and competitive revitalization.
• [Use for Research/Technical Development] Provision to third parties (research institutions, companies, etc.) for sports science research and AI analysis technology development. Personal identification information like athlete names will be masked to ensure anonymity.

[In Case of Disagreement] If you do not agree to the above uses, please refrain from using the service.

Article 6 (Ownership of Rights)

All rights to materials recorded through this service (including rights specified in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) belong to the tournament organizer and our company.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

[Recording Defects] If recording is not properly performed due to equipment trouble, weather, communication failure, or human error, our liability is limited to a refund of the affected match video fee. For multi-match packages, no refund will be provided if at least one match is successfully recorded.

[Image Quality/Angle] Video quality may decrease due to weather, night lighting, camera shake from wind, or angle shifts from impact. No returns or corrections will be made for these reasons.

[Incidental Recording] Referees, opponents, spectators, or video from adjacent matches may be recorded. Users acknowledge and accept this.

[Loss/Trouble] We take no responsibility for the loss of media, loss of data, or disputes between users arising from the secondary use of videos after delivery.

Article 8 (Violation of Terms)

If a user violates these terms (especially unauthorized SNS publication of videos showing other athletes), we may immediately suspend service, request data deletion, and seek damages.
